HALL RENTAL

 

Below is a small description of the expectations of

those who wish to rent our facilities.

For all prices, inquiries and availabilities please contact:

Facility must be cleaned after each function including tables rearranged for Bingo set-up, tables wiped off, garbage placed in the dumpster, floors swept and spill areas wet mopped.

 

ACTIVITY CENTER

PEAK HOURS:

Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Flat Fee - 25% deposit to reserve a date.

 

Separate non-refundable security deposit

without alcoholic beverages.

 

Separate non-refundable security deposit

if alcoholic beverages are served.

 

Security deposit will be returned after

final inspection.

NON - PEAK HOURS:

All other days and times

 

One flat fee

 

All prior stipulations also apply.

 

 

 

APPARATUS ROOM

PEAK HOURS:

-

Activity Center must be utilized first.

One flat fee.

NON - PEAK HOURS:

Will be based on a per hour with a

minimum of two (2) hours.

 

 

 

RENTAL OF ENTIRE FACILITY

 

Apparatus Room & Activity Center will be one set fee.

Flat rate per hour single event usage.

Long term uses & meetings will be one

set fee.

All prior stipulations apply with the

exception of the deposit.

 

Kitchen use by professional Catering

Services only. Additional charge of

set fee. All days & times.

 

BEER MISTER:

-

One flat fee.

 

Use of this is required if your function is

having beer.

 

Holds 2-1/2 kegs and 2 spigots.
